Checking Account Options
- Cashback Checking: This account is just $25 to open and has no minimum balance requirements. With this account, you can earn 5% cash back on your debit card transactions (up to a maximum of $25 per statement cycle), plus free online and mobile banking. Must be enrolled in e-statements to earn the 5% cash back. A $3.00 monthly paper statement fee will be charged when not signing up for eStatements.
- Freedom Checking: This account is just $25 to open and has no minimum balance requirements. Qualified applicants receive a free debit card, as well as free images, free online and mobile banking and unlimited transactions and check writing. A $3.00 monthly paper statement fee will be charged when not signing up for eStatements.
- Pinnacle Plus Checking: If you have more than $10,000 in total deposits at Northwest Bank, and are 50 years of age or better, you’re eligible to open a Pinnacle Plus Club checking account. This account is $25 to open, offers the opportunity to earn interest and gives you the benefits of the Pinnacle Plus Club. A $3.00 monthly paper statement fee will be charged when not signing up for eStatements. You may avoid the $3.00 paper statement fee by maintaining an aggregate combined balance of $10,000 or more in any deposit account(s).
