A fast, convenient, & secure way to pay
No more fumbling for your wallet, forgetting your debit card, or writing a check. Your wallet just got smarter. You can now make payments with your smartphone at checkout in stores, online, and for in-app purchases. All you have to do is connect your Northwest Bank debit card to your digital wallet!
Before you enroll your card, please make sure that your email address and mobile phone number that you have on file with the bank are up to date. You can go to "Settings" in either your mobile banking or online banking to update your contact information. Then you are ready to enroll your card for use in the digital wallet of your choice, either Apple Pay® or Google Pay™.
Purchases made through a digital wallet are easy, secure, and private. Your card is never exposed keeping your transactions safe. Your real card number is never used from your phone and not shared with the merchant.
Not all merchants accept payments via digital wallet, so you will still have to make some purchases conventionally with your card.
What happens when your card expires and you are issued a new one? The phone token should be deactivated and you will need to enroll again with your new card.
What happens when you replace your phone? You will need to enroll your current card on your new device. The information will not transfer to your new phone.
